91227 Leinburg
Germany

Email: info@futurelectric.gmbh
Phone: +49 9187 9010057
Website: https://www.futurelectric.de

Represented by the managing director: Christian Treugut
Commercial register: Amtsgericht Nürnberg (Local Court of Nuremberg), HRB 42277
VAT ID: DE364744917

We have not appointed a data protection officer, as the legal requirements for a mandatory appointment (Art. 37 GDPR, Section 38 BDSG) are not met. For any privacy-related questions, please contact us using the details above.

2. Overview

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This privacy policy explains what data is processed when you visit our website, for what purposes, and what rights you have.

In short: our website does not use any tracking, analytics tools, advertising cookies, or social media embeds. Only technically necessary data is processed (server log files, functional language/theme preferences and – where used – session cookies for admin or access protection), along with any data you actively send us by email or phone.

3. Hosting and Server Log Files

Our website is hosted by:

Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA

The website is served from servers located in the Frankfurt am Main region (EU). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Vercel pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Insofar as a transfer of data to the USA cannot be ruled out in individual cases, such transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Vercel is certified.

When you access our website, Vercel automatically collects information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • Date and time of access
  • Requested URL or file
  • Referrer URL (previously visited page)
  • Browser type and version and operating system (user agent)

This data is not merged with other data sources and is not used to identify individual persons.

Purpose of processing: Ensuring the reliable operation of the website, maintaining system and information security (e.g., defending against attacks), and error analysis.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and stable operation of our website.

Retention period: Log files are stored only as long as necessary for the purposes stated above and are then deleted or anonymized.

4. SSL/TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the “https://” prefix in your browser's address bar and the lock symbol. When encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We only use technically necessary or functional cookies and localStorage entries that store your user preferences and – where used – secure login or access sessions. We do not use any marketing, analytics, or tracking cookies. A cookie consent banner is therefore not required.

In detail:

NameTypePurposeRetention
fe_localeCookieStores your language selection (German/English)1 year (SameSite=Lax)
fe_localelocalStorageRedundant storage of language selectionUntil deleted by you
fe_themelocalStorageStores your display preference (light/dark mode)Until deleted by you
fe_admin_sessionCookie (httpOnly)Session after login to the protected admin area8 hours (SameSite=Strict)

Legal basis: Storing and accessing this information on your device is permitted without consent pursuant to Section 25(2) No. 2 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG), as it is strictly necessary to provide the service you have explicitly requested (displaying the website in your chosen language and theme and – where used – authentication in the admin area). Insofar as personal data is processed, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a user-friendly presentation and secure provision of the website).

You can delete cookies and localStorage entries at any time via your browser settings or prevent their storage. The public website will generally remain usable; only your language and theme preferences will not be saved permanently. Without the session cookies, login to the admin area is not possible.

6. Fonts (Self-Hosted)

This website uses the “Inter” typeface, which is self-hosted on our servers and delivered together with the website (via next/font). Fonts are not loaded from third-party servers (in particular, there is no runtime request to Google Fonts). Your IP address is not transmitted to Google in this context.

7. Contact

This website does not operate a contact form; no form data is transmitted via the website. You can reach us by email (info@futurelectric.gmbh), by phone (+49 9187 9010057), or by post.

If you contact us, we process the data you provide (in particular your name, contact details, and the content of your message) exclusively to handle your inquiry and for potential follow-up questions.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, insofar as your inquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries addressed to us).

Retention period: Your correspondence is retained for 3 years after your inquiry has been fully processed and is then deleted, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g., under German commercial or tax law, Section 257 HGB, Section 147 AO) require longer storage or the data is needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

8. No Tracking, No Analytics

We do not use any tracking or analytics services on this website. In particular, we use:

  • no Google Analytics and no Google Tag Manager,
  • no Matomo,
  • no Facebook/Meta Pixel,
  • no social media plugins or widgets,
  • no embedded maps (e.g., Google Maps),
  • no embedded videos (e.g., YouTube),
  • no advertising networks and no profiling.

No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, takes place. We also do not offer a newsletter, user registration, social login, contact form, or payment processing via this website.

9. External Links

Our website contains links to external third-party websites, in particular to the European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/). No data is transmitted to these third parties when you merely visit our website. Only when you actively click an external link will you be taken to the respective provider's website; from that point on, that provider's privacy policy applies. We have no influence on data processing by external providers.

10. Processors

We use the following service provider as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR:

  • Vercel Inc. (USA, server location Frankfurt/EU) — website hosting and processing of server log files. A data processing agreement has been concluded.

Beyond this, your personal data is not disclosed to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so.

11. Your Rights as a Data Subject

With regard to your personal data, you have the following rights:

  • Access (Art. 15 GDPR): You may request information on whether and which personal data we process about you.
  • Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You may request the correction of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data.
  • Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You may request the deletion of your data, provided no statutory retention obligations prevent this.
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): You may request the restriction of processing under the statutory conditions.
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You have the right to receive the data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
  • Withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR): You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Insofar as we process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest), you have the right to object to the processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing serves to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

To exercise your rights, an informal message is sufficient, e.g., by email to info@futurelectric.gmbh.

12. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding our processing of your personal data (Art. 77 GDPR). The supervisory authority responsible for us is:

Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA)
(Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision)
Promenade 18
91522 Ansbach, Germany
Phone: +49 (0) 981 180093-0
Email: poststelle@lda.bayern.de
Website: https://www.lda.bayern.de

You may also contact the supervisory authority of your habitual residence or place of work.

13. Obligation to Provide Data

The provision of personal data is neither legally nor contractually required and is not necessary to visit our website, apart from the technically required data described above (server log files). If you wish to contact us, providing an email address and the subject of your inquiry is necessary so that we can process your request. Without this information, we cannot process your inquiry.

14. Validity and Amendments of this Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is currently valid as of July 2026. Due to the further development of our website or changes in legal or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to amend this privacy policy. The current version can be accessed at any time at https://www.futurelectric.de.
