How to choose the length

We offer fixed dimensions per the data sheet. We do not give a blanket frame recommendation. Measure the routing path from the drive light port to the headlight (including slack for strain relief and movement). Choose the matching article number.

Shimano: 1300, 1900 and 2300 mm

For open-end connection (among others compatible with Shimano STEPS) there are three lengths with the same CT1B light side: 1300 × 3.0 mm, 1900 × 3.0 mm and 2300 × 3.0 mm. Each length is available as single pack or workshop pack.

Which size fits is decided by the measured routing path — not by frame type in general. Too short: next larger catalogue length or the 300 mm CT1 extension (when both sides are CT1A/CT1B). Too long: do not freely cut without proper re-termination; for open ends, CT22 (0.4–0.7 mm) may apply.
