What this covers

Under motorSystem “Universal” we supply extensions and connectors. These are not drive system plugs such as BES3 or Yamaha. They extend existing CT1 / open connections or join single wires.

CT1 extension 300 mm

CAc30ct1Act1Bbs / bw: connection CT1A plug (HIGO Micro B Female compatible) to CT1B plug (HIGO Micro B Male compatible). Dimensions: 300 × 3.2 mm. For extending CT1 (Higo Micro B compatible) connections. Compatible with Litemove CT1, Lupine HIGO, Supernova Power-Connection-System.

Workshop pack YCc50b-Nuw (EAN …176): 10× Y cables, without CT22 — connectors for the workshop can or must be ordered separately: art. no. CT22-BO100 (100× per box).

CT22 single-wire connector

CT22-BO100 (EAN 4262582090121): dimensions 23 × 4 × 8 mm, connection 2-2 pole, size 0.4–0.7 mm (AWG 21–26). Moisture-resistant and self-sealing, with grease filling. Quantity: 100× per box — order separately when the cable workshop pack includes no CT22 (e.g. Shimano open, Avinox open/Y, Y extension). We do not state an ingress-protection rating for the CT22.

Before installation, check the technical requirements of the drive system and the lighting. If unsure: use a specialist workshop.

Common mistakes

  • Confusing Universal articles with system-plug cables: these products extend or join — they do not replace a BES3 / Yamaha / Micro M system plug.
  • Expecting CT22 in the Y workshop pack: YCc50b-Nuw (EAN …176) contains Y cables only; 3× CT22 only in single pack YCc50b-Nus (EAN …060). Order separately for the workshop: art. no. CT22-BO100 (100-piece box).
  • Expecting CT22 with the CT1 extension CAc30: CAc30 has no open ends and no CT22 (EAN …053 / …169).
  • Mixing workshop and single-pack EANs of the extensions: same tech, different quantity.
