Workflow

  1. Identify drive system and light port on the bike (BES3 / Shimano open ends / Yamaha / Avinox Micro M).
  2. Check the headlight plug (CT1 / HIGO / Power-Connection-System vs open ends).
  3. Pick article number and length from the catalogue. Use the workshop EAN (*bw / *Few) for repeated jobs.
  4. Install with power off. Follow drive and light manufacturer instructions.
  5. Function-test and log EAN, length and date in the job record.

Workshop packaging at a glance

Our workshop variants mirror the single-pack specification 1:1 (same connection type and dimensions). They differ in quantity and PPWR WS1 carton. CT22 is not included in any cable workshop pack — not even for open ends. For the workshop, connectors can or must be ordered separately: art. no. CT22-BO100 (100× per box).

Consumer headlights (B2C) in the workshop

When customers bring a consumer headlight with a CT1 / Higo Micro B compatible plug, the same CT1B system cables as in the brand guides apply. Open light ends → Avinox open, Y cable or universal Y plus CT22. We give no warranty of beam pattern, StVZO approval or drive power — only a description of the connector interface.
