Workflow

  1. Identify drive system and light port on the bike (BES3 / Shimano open ends / Yamaha / Avinox Micro M).
  2. Check the headlight plug (CT1 / HIGO / Power-Connection-System vs open ends).
  3. Pick article number and length from the catalogue. Use the workshop EAN (*bw / *Few) for repeated jobs.
  4. Install with power off. Follow drive and light manufacturer instructions.
  5. Function-test and log EAN, length and date in the job record.

We verify connector compatibility ourselves (as of 2026-07-30). That means the mechanical and electrical plug interface — not further properties of the drive or the headlight. Before installation, check the requirements of the drive system and the lighting. If you are unsure, contact us or have the work done by a specialist workshop.

Workshop packaging at a glance

Our workshop variants match the single pack in connection type and dimensions. They differ in quantity and packaging. CT22 is not included in any cable workshop pack — not even for open ends. For the workshop, order connectors separately: art. no. CT22-BO100 (100× per box).

Consumer headlights (B2C) in the workshop

When customers bring a headlight with a CT1 or Higo Micro B compatible plug, the same CT1B system cables as in the brand guides apply. Open light ends connect via Avinox open, Y cable or universal Y plus CT22. We do not assess beam pattern, StVZO approval or drive power — what is described is the connector interface.
