Compatibility

We verify connector compatibility ourselves (as of 2026-07-30). That means the mechanical and electrical plug interface — not further properties of the drive or the headlight. Before installation, check the requirements of the drive system and the lighting. If you are unsure, contact us or have the work done by a specialist workshop.

Choosing the system cable

  • First identify drive system and model year or variant: Bosch Smart System (BES3) from 2022, Shimano with open ends, Yamaha PW-X3 / PW Series S2, Avinox M1 and M2.
  • Then choose the matching length — see the cable-length guide.
  • If the CT1 run is too short, extend it by 300 mm (CT1A to CT1B).
